1. I am usually reading 3 or 4 books at a time because I like to keep my options open depending on my mood.
2. I don’t have cable TV anymore but I think the batman beyond series was way beyond its time. Genius. I love batman and superman.
3. I have three different game consoles in my room and the only one hooked up to my tv right now is my SNES. Super Mario World FTW.
4. I am pretty sure my voicemail box and my mailman hate me. There’s never anything good in either of them.
5. I am fully aware that most of the music now that gets played is misogynistic, offensive, and completely void of substance. But damn, that shit is catchy.
6. I used to hate it as a kid but now I can’t live without spicy food. It hurts so good.
7. I think it irks my mom a little bit how independent and willful my dog is but I love Chili even more for that. She gets that from me.
8. Sometimes, I dream in spanish.
9. I put my pinky up when I take a shot. “Like a gangster or something”.
10. I used to do all this crazy stuff like go to Chile and dig up mummies or study lemurs in Madagascar or tag 800 pound turtles in Trinidad all before I was 20. Now I’m 21 and feel past my prime. How ridic is that?
11. Whenever I feel restless, I want to change my hair. Red was good for me but I think I’ll always be a dirty blonde at heart.
12. I think there is a special place in hell for people who cut in the line for the southbound freeway off Manchester.
13. That said, I don’t believe in hell. Or heaven. Mostly I just think we’re worm food after we die. And I like it.
14. I usually come home early in the morning (like 6 AM) from staying at a friend’s house because I can’t sleep and I like to stand at my kitchen window in various states of undress and drink orange juice. I don’t know why but it feels great.
15. I try really hard to give thoughtful gifts because I know how it makes me feel when I know someone listened to something I said I wanted one random time. Usually this causes me a great deal of stress around Christmas but I still try.
16. I think one of the nicest things anyone ever said to me was that if they could sum me up in one word it would be, “Fearless.” This reminds me to pursue the things that I want in spite of the fact that they scare the hell out of me.
17. I love playing board games. and card games. and word games. Even more so than playing computer or video games. You get to know a person when you play poker or cranium with them. I can’t say the same for Mortal Kombat or Mario Kart.
18. I make the most amazing grilled cheese you will ever have. If you don’t believe me, we can battle.
19. I can’t write guitar songs for crap. I’m ok lyrically but I can’t write a melody to save my life. All I have to offer is a chord progression or two.
20. Socks make me feel mildly claustrophobic.
21. My car has a name. It is Ichabod. He told me so.
22. I judge you a little bit if I see that you consistently cannot spell worth a damn.
23. I fall a little bit in love with you if you share your food.
24. I wouldn’t say that I’m clumsy, but that I’m aggressive with myself. I’m not as careful as I should be but scars and bruises don’t bother me.
25. One of my favorite things in the world is the giggleloop. Best. Feeling. Ever.
